Foundation:

• Qatar Charity (Q.C) is a non-government organization which was established in 1980 by a group of Qatari trustworthy notables in order to develop the Qatari society and other needy societies.
• Q.C is governed by law No (2) of 1974, which is amended by decree-law No (17) 1989, and law No (8) of 1998, which regulates work of private societies and foundations.
• Q.C. is the oldest and biggest voluntary organization in the state of Qatar.
