Main Street in al-Fallujah is named After Qatar

To show their thanks and appreciation for support and aid offered via Qatar Charity last year, the inhabitants of the Western Quarter of al-Fallujah has named one of the main streets of the city after Qatar.

According to a field survey published by al-Arab Paper, Qatar Charity has carried out around 375 projects in al-Fallujah. These projects included developmental projects as well-digging, drinking water stations and irrigation ditches, in addition to constructional projects as building Mosques and schools.

According to the Mayor of al-Bu‘lwan district, whose inhabitants living under difficult circumstances, all infrastructural projects were carried out via Qatar Charity, thanking generous benefactors as Sheikh Khalid Bin Jabir al-Thani and the late Sheikh Ibrahim al-Khwaiter for their god donations.

Signboards that bear the name of the Charity ant its projects are clearly seen in 375 stations as on the road between al-Fallojah : Bu‘lwan ,al-Siqlawiya, al-Sajer, al-Karmah and al-Halabsah villages.
