Around 3,000 Yemenis have been displaced to Obock in northern Djibouti, just 20 kilometres from their homeland. Families fled in search of safety, carrying little more than their children. Mothers search for shade to protect their little ones from the scorching sun, fathers struggle to secure enough food for the day, and elderly people wait for medicine to ease their suffering.
In the face of this worsening humanitarian crisis, we have launched the Yemeni Refugees in Djibouti Relief Campaign to provide shelter that preserves their dignity, food that brings reassurance for the day ahead, and healthcare that helps restore their wellbeing.
