Qatar Charity participates in the Aidex Global Forum, which is the largest annual event in the world in the field of international and development aid.
This event brings together 2,500 representatives of international NGOs, UN agencies, academic experts and international media from 65 countries in the Belgium capital, Brussels, over two days (17th and 18th of this month).

The CEO of Qatar Charity is expected to deliver a speech at the opening session of the forum today November 17th.
The speech of the CEO of Qatar Charity will be focused on the change brought by the Corona epidemic in the world, the difficulties that have been imposed and the international humanitarian crises.
In line with its vision to reap benefits of technology to drive change in the humanitarian landscape, Qatar Charity will display the impact of its humanitarian and development activities in 2020 using a 3D display technology on its stand at Aidex exhibition.
Qatar Charity’s stand is expected to attract many visitors from different sectors and initiate dialogues on sustainable and lasting solutions related to today’s humanitarian and development challenges.
Qatar Charity is running a panel discussion entitled "Humanitarian Aid in Afghanistan: New Difficulties and Challenges" to discuss the difficulties that international organizations are currently facing in Afghanistan and ways to deliver humanitarian aid, especially in light of changes in security and logistical conditions.
The session will be an opportunity to improve the urgent and sustained support needed for the Afghan people and to prevent a major humanitarian crisis.

Mr. Philippe Ribeard, Representative Médecins Sans Frontières Afghanistan, and
Mr. Syahrir Azfar bin Saleh, Chief of Operations for the Global Peace Mission
This year, the international forum celebrates its tenth anniversary and will focus on the importance of achieving the 2030 sustainable development goals in light of the current international challenges.
