
Qatar Charity (QC) organized a ‘Ramadan Ghabga’ (banquet) for those sponsored under its ‘Future’s Leaders’ program. This comes as part of its Ramadan activities and under the sponsorship of Dukhan Bank. The banquet was attended by Mr. Yousuf bin Ahmed Al-Kuwari, CEO of Qatar Charity, as well as many of its officials and sponsored individuals along with their families. A group of media personalities and influencers, as well as many students and officials from Awsaj Academy and Tariq Bin Ziad School were also present at the event.
Students from Awsaj Academy and Tariq Bin Ziad School showcased a diverse array of performances at the event, earning admiration and active engagement from the sponsored individuals, both male and female, as well as their mothers.
During his speech at the event, Mr. Faisal Rashid al-Fehaida, CEO's assistant for the Programs and Community Development sector at Qatar Charity, expressed his delight in participating with the sponsored ‘Future’s Leaders’ in the Ramadan banquet. He considered it a significant occasion for meetings and communicating with them.
He further stated, “Through the 'Future Leaders' program, we are committed to ensuring comprehensive social care for everyone sponsored under this program, providing them with the necessary support as a humanitarian duty. We take pride in our sons and daughters who excel academically and practically, uphold noble values, demonstrate good behavior, and develop their abilities and talents. We hope that everyone will follow the example of these outstanding individuals to create a brighter and more successful future.
He also encouraged them to engage in volunteer work and serve others and the community, extending sincere thanks and appreciation to the partners and supporters of the ‘Future’s Leaders’ program.
On behalf of Awsaj Academy, student Fatima Saad Al-Muhannadi delivered a speech, stating, "We are committed to instilling values of compassion, generosity, and giving in our students. We are grateful for the opportunity provided by Qatar Charity to collaborate in this endeavor."
