Cooperation between Qatar Charity and Qatar Diabetes Association
Qatar Charity has delivered 35 glucose-screening devices to the
Qatar Diabetes Association - a member of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science, and Community Development, contributes to support people with diabetes who are unable to purchase screening devices and their requirements.
This comes within the framework of Qatar Charity's keenness to provide care for those infected with this disease and at risk of contracting it to improve their lives in general.
Mr. Jassim Muhammad Al-Emadi, Director of Programs and Community Development at Qatar Charity, said that this support comes from the existing cooperation between Qatar Charity and the Qatar Diabetes Association to support needy people with diabetes and improve the level of care provided to them.
He added that Qatar Charity supports Qatar Diabetes Association programs to provide the best health services to community members with diabetes and those at risk of developing it because it helps patients and their families overcome the disease's ordeal and provide material, moral support, and care.
Dr. Abdullah Al-Hamak, Executive Director of the Qatar Diabetes Association - Qatar Foundation, expressed his thanks and appreciation to Qatar Charity for their support for the Society's patients with diabetes, which indicates their continuous approach to community service and development.
