Qatar Charity implements "Bazaar for Children 3"

"Bazaar for Children 3"launched by Qatar Charity in cooperation with Al-Bayan Primary School for Girls, will continue its activities until May 15, with the aim of developing students' abilities in the field of community entrepreneurship and enhancing their participation in charitable work.

The charity bazaar, which started last April 30, provides an opportunity to instill the love of charitable work in the hearts of children, through their participation in selling their products.

Project goals

The project aims to encourage children to establish small projects, promote values, provide them with some skills, enable them to establish small projects and train them on planning, management, and organization skills, in addition to marketing and selling.

Target groups

This project targets school students from the primary stage from 9 to 12 years old. It is expected to teach 130 students the skills of establishing and managing small projects, in addition to enabling 130 students to establish the foundations of owning a project to support local or international charitable projects.

Mrs. Naglaa Ayed Al-Hajri, school activities specialist at Al-Bayan School, praised the idea of the children’s bazaar put forward by Qatar Charity and said: “I found a great response from the students participating in this program. teachers and parents.”

For her part, the student, Amna Youssef Al-Hammadi, said: "The aim of participating in the Children's Bazaar is to furnish a shop for gifts in order to bring joy and happiness to the hearts of the needy."

As for the student, Afnan Abdel-Rahman, she said that: "The aim of learning handicrafts is to use them as a field for creativity and work in the future, in parallel with helping the poor and needy."

Meanwhile, the trainer, Mrs. Susan Fawzi, expressed her happiness and admiration for the work done by the students through presenting creative ideas, as they learned the art of collage and showed their many talents.
