As part of its mission to strengthen international humanitarian cooperation, Qatar Charity (QC) participated in the Dubai International Humanitarian Aid and Development Conference & Exhibition (DIHAD 2025). The organization was represented by Mr. Mana Mohammed Al-Ansari, Director of External Affairs, and Mr. Saeed Ali Al-Shuaibi, Director of Field Offices and Partners at Qatar Charity.
The participation allowed Qatar Charity to engage with key international organizations in the humanitarian sector, exchange expertise, explore new avenues for collaboration, and take part in panel discussions focused on humanitarian and development work.
On the sidelines of the event, Qatar Charity held a series of meetings with several humanitarian partners and organizations to discuss shared goals and enhance coordination in responding to global challenges. During these discussions, Qatar Charity reaffirmed its strong commitment to expanding its global humanitarian impact through innovative solutions, effective partnerships, and a shared vision for a more just and resilient world.
The DIHAD Conference and Exhibition was Held from April 29 to May 1, 2025, and stands as a premier global platform for humanitarian aid and development. It brings together key decision-makers from leading NGOs, UN Agencies, charity organizations, and governmental bodies, together with aid, education, and construction providers from the private sector to address the needs of the people and countries affected by crises, disasters, and natural calamities.
Held under the theme "Humanitarian Aid and Development in a Polarised World", DIHAD 2025 featured over 130 renowned humanitarian experts as speakers and hosted 170 key sessions and workshops.
