The Field Offices Department handles administrative tasks related to establishing and operating external offices, including following up on employee affairs, renewing licenses, updating data, and ensuring that offices comply with Qatar Charity’s policies and procedures.
The department also coordinates between field offices and relevant departments within the organization to ensure the smooth implementation of programs and projects. It monitors the administrative performance of offices and provides technical and administrative support when needed.
