Qatar Charity's Field Offices and Partners

The Field Offices and Partners Department is responsible for administrative and organizational oversight of the work of external offices and partner organizations by developing policies and procedures governing field work and ensuring compliance with them. It also plays an internal and external coordination role to facilitate field operations and ensure the integration of roles between various departments and stakeholders, while monitoring overall performance and providing the necessary support to improve operational efficiency and achieve the targeted impact.

Field Office

The Field Offices Department is responsible for the administrative tasks associated with establishing and operating external offices, including monitoring personnel affairs, renewing licenses, updating data, and ensuring the offices' compliance with Qatar Charity's policies and procedures. The department also coordinates between field offices and relevant departments within the organization to ensure the smooth implementation of programs and projects. It monitors the administrative performance of the offices and provides technical and administrative support when needed.

Partner

The Partners Department is responsible for managing contractual and organizational relationships with partner organizations by evaluating partners, signing agreements, and monitoring their compliance with Qatar Charity's standards. The department also works to develop an updated database of partners, monitor administrative performance and periodic reports, and ensure operations proceed in accordance with approved legal and regulatory frameworks, thus enhancing governance and transparency in project implementation across partners.
