As the winter gets harder, hundreds of thousands of Syrians are forced to flee to escape the increased risks to their lives. Reports speak of huge human torrents that have abandoned their homes since December of last year, now numbering nearly 900,000 Syrians (80% of them are women and children), who left their homes and properties and fled, many of whom fled to abandoned roads and buildings without heating, or food and medicine. This volume of IDPs is the largest since 2011. International estimates of the deficit in international support were more than $ 800 million dollars before the crisis, so the situation calls for extensive intervention to mitigate the effects of the crisis and support those affected.
