As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable communities and advancing human development, Qatar Charity (QC) has distributed school supplies to approximately 500 vulnerable students in Nepal. The initiative targeted seven community schools in Sarlahi District and aimed to reduce barriers to education while fostering a more supportive learning environment for children from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Project Results
Under the project, students received integrated educational kits that included school bags, notebooks, stationery items, water bottles, and stainless-steel lunch boxes. The assistance helped ease the financial burden on low-income families, ensuring that children had access to essential materials required for effective learning and regular school attendance.
Access to Quality Education
Despite progress in Nepal’s education sector, many children in rural and economically vulnerable areas still struggle with limited access to basic learning resources. By providing these essential supplies, Qatar Charity enables students to attend school with greater confidence, dignity, and preparedness. The intervention contributes to creating a more inclusive and supportive educational environment that encourages active participation in classroom learning.
