Within the framework of partnership and cooperation in the field of humanitarian and community work, Qatar Charity renewed the signing of a cooperation agreement with “Facilities Management &Maintenance”company(FMM),under which FMM obtained the Charity Partner(CP) trademark in the bronze category within the social responsibility programs of Qatar Charity.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Amer Al-Busairi, Head of the Collection Department at the Resources Development Department and the CEO of the company, Ms. Irene Vidal Fernandez.
Mr. Ali Gharib, Director of the Resources Development Department at Qatar Charity, welcomed the signing of the agreement and the joining of the FMM company to the humanitarian partner umbrella launched by Qatar Charity, based on its keenness to develop the community partnership system, especially since this trademark is granted to companies within the framework of social responsibility.
Gharib said: "Qatar Charity is keen to develop and strengthen the community partnership system in order to join efforts in serving societies.
For her part, Ms. Irene Vidal Fernandez expressed her pride in signing the Humanitarian Partner Agreement with Qatar Charity with the aim of serving the local community and humanitarian issues and said: "The signing of this agreement comes from our company's belief in its social responsibility in various fields such as health, education and the environment."
Ms. Fernandez emphasized that the company is working to participate in the success of all community initiatives in partnership with Qatar Charity. She also praised Qatar Charity's humanitarian efforts and its capabilities to implement pioneering humanitarian projects that had a significant impact on the lives of others. She thanked Qatar Charity for activating this partnership to serve the local community and vulnerable communities around the world.
It is worth noting that the Charity Partner brand is a special mark granted by Qatar Charity to private companies, various bodies and institutions within strategic partnerships according to different conditions and levels related to the social impact of these partnerships and their positive impact on the groups that Qatar Charity serves around the world, and expresses the commitment of these entities to their social responsibilities.
