He reiterated the organization's commitment to enhancing transparency in humanitarian work and consolidating the values โโof integrity in all its endeavors, recognizing that building trust is the foundation of success and sustainability. Considering the rapid technological advancements the world is witnessing and the emergence of new forms of corruption and fraud, Al-Ghamdi called for the development of a shared global system to combat corruption, particularly in the humanitarian field. This system should be based on transparency, the exchange of expertise, and the integration of roles between civil society organizations, governments, and international bodies, ultimately serving a more just and secure future for humanity.
Qatar Charity's participation includes organizing a panel discussion, holding side meetings with international partners and humanitarian organizations, and having its own pavilion at the accompanying exhibition. This pavilion aims to strengthen existing relationships, explore new cooperation opportunities, and exchange updates and discuss challenges, thereby supporting a humanitarian environment that is resistant to corruption and based on accountability and responsibility.
The Pavillon
The pavilion showcases Qatar Charity and its most prominent humanitarian and developmental achievements, as well as its efforts to promote governance, transparency, integrity, and compliance within its institutional framework. This is achieved through a visual presentation screen, informational materials in three languages โโ(Arabic, English, and French), and informational brochures. The pavilion also provides space for brief meetings with visitors and partners.
