Customer Service

To strengthen its relations with the donors and facilitate the receiving of donations, Qatar Charity has allocated several channels, which are the following:

• Financial Pledges Service: If a person wishes to donate an amount, can send a text message containing the amount to be donated to 92124, and the person will be contacted to receive the donation directly.
• The person can directly contact the customer service center at 44667711. The center has an automated interactive voice response (IVR) system to answer incoming calls, provide instructions to customers, and manage donor relations professionally, in addition to offering a service to complete donation processes and receive reports automatically.
• The donor can donate by credit/debit cards safely and securely and know the latest available projects, sponsorships and programs while talking to the customer service employees.
• Abshir Service: A donor can send a text message containing his inquiry to 92747, and within a few minutes, he will be informed.
