The volunteer work charter regulates the volunteer’s relationship with the initiative. It is considered a general reference for all members. It is subject to amendment or addition of annexes to it, whenever the need arises by a decision of the Board of Directors, in line with the objectives and means of the voluntary work initiative.
Volunteer Agrees to:

That the volunteer has good conduct and behavior while adhering to a general appearance that reflects his/her appreciation to local tradition, country and norms

The Volunteer agrees to save no effort avoiding provoking religious, sectarian, or political tendencies.

Commitment to the general values of the voluntary work initiative.

The volunteer deserves respect, appreciation, and optimal planning to make use of his/her time, qualifications, and abilities.

The volunteer shall adhere to the principles of teamwork and to ensure respect for the different points of view among the team members, and to adopt a policy of persuasion rather than coercion as a means of decision-making, in a manner that does not negatively affect the volunteer project.

The volunteer has the right to participate in expressing his/her opinion and taking the appropriate decision in proportion to the development of the volunteer work and submitting written suggestions to the management for consideration.

The volunteer notifies the administration ahead of time if:
• His inability to complete volunteer work by presenting acceptable excuses.
• Change of personal data.
• The appropriate times to volunteer.

The volunteer maintains the machines, devices, and tools placed at his/her disposal and does not use them for personal purposes.

The volunteer is obligated not to disclose the secrets that he is aware of, even after the end of the work in which he participated (i.e. the data and information that the volunteer accesses by virtue of his occupation of the position and which remains hidden from others).

The volunteer is obligated not to submit any informational statement about the volunteer work that he supervises, except with permission or authorization from the Board of Directors or the direct official responsible for the volunteer work.

The volunteer is entitled to benefit from the upgrade in the grade scale if his merit is proven.
