تنظيم واستقبال زوار المعرض (كبار الشخصيات و العامة)

   

المهام المطلوبة :-

  • استقبال الضيوف
  • تنظيم الدخول والخروج للمعرض
  • تذكير الزوار بأهمية عدم لمس القطع + التصوير + والاكل والمشروبات
  • تنظيم لوحة الشكر بإزالة الملاحظات الغير مناسبة والتأكد من ترتيب الطاولة
  • الإبلاغ اذا تواجد أي خلل او الحاجة لتنظيف

 

ساعات العمل :-

  • الفترة المسائية   4مساءً - 10 مساءً

 

المهارات :

  • اجادة اللغة الانجليزية  
  • اللغة العربية اذا توفرت

We are pleased with your participation in organizing and receiving visitors to the exhibition (VIPs and the public)

*Required tasks:-*

  • Reception of the guest
  • Organizing entry and exit to the exhibition
  • Remind visitors of the importance of not touching the pieces + photographing + eating and drinking
  • Organize the thank-you board by removing inappropriate notes and ensuring the table is in order
  • Report any defect or need for cleaning

*work hours :-*

Evening period  4 pm - 10 pm

*skills*:

  • Proficiency in English
  • Arabic language, if available
